The management organization of each development is structured to offer the involvement of GAETA Development Co. personnel from front line supervisors and project managers to the top tier of our organization. Each project is headed by President Neil J. Gaeta, who is personally involved in the day-to-day issues of every project. This involvement begins with the inception of the project and continues after completion.

Founder

Louis A. Gaeta, Jr. (1949-2008)

Louis A. Gaeta, Jr. founded GAETA Development Co. in 1981 and was active until his passing in September of 2008. Mr. Gaeta stewarded GDC in the development and management of several million square feet of land, office projects, manufacturing and distribution facilities, commercial buildings, and residential subdivisions. He did so while retaining his commitment to fair, equitable dealings, all the while compiling an impressive track record and client list.

Having developed millions of square feet of commercial and residential property, Mr. Gaeta is an expert in site selection, financing, partnership syndication, land use and governmental approvals, construction administration, leasing, sales and property management which affords him the knowledge, experience and discipline to direct any deal from inception to completion in a professional manner. Mr. Gaeta is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) - a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate and considered “The PH.D. of Commercial Real Estate.”

Seth S. Sheitelman, General Counsel

Mr. Sheitelman has extensive experience in the area of real estate acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and development. Prior to joining GAETA Development Co. as General Counsel, Mr. Sheitelman worked for a large international law firm where he focused his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate development, sales and acquisitions, leasing, financing, and related transactions. Mr. Sheitelman’s experience with real estate developers included working on every aspect of property development with clients from the acquisition of land until the client sells the property and/or turns the land over to an association. Mr. Sheitelman also has broad experience in drafting and negotiation of real estate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, development agreements, and commercial leasing transactions, including drafting and negotiating office, retail, and shopping center leases.

Mr. Sheitelman is involved in various associations and is an active member of the community.

Yasmin J. O'Connor, Director of Marketing

Ms. O'Connor has excelled in sales and marketing positions in a number of industries including retail, wholesale and medical services. Ms. O'Connor has been a licensed real estate professional in the state of Florida since 2003. Her career in real estate began in residential real estate sales. Ms. O'Connor joined Fischer Gaeta Corp. in 2006 and GAETA Development Co. in 2007. Ms. O'Connor’s thorough knowledge of the real estate business combined with her education and experience has given her the expertise to effectively market the company, its services and products. Ms. O'Connor also provides direct assistance with daily development activities.

Ms. O'Connor received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management in 2002 from Palm Beach Atlantic University with numerous recognitions for outstanding academic excellence.

Norma J. Treadwell, Controller

Norma J. Treadwell is the Controller for GAETA Development Co. and, as such, is responsible for all financial aspects of all operations – including financial reporting to investors and lenders, tax planning, preparation and review, financial proformas and budgeting, insurance, human resources, banking relationships and overseeing the bill paying process and accounts receivable functions.
Ms. Treadwell joined GAETA Development Co. in May 2007 and has been instrumental in streamlining the monthly closing and reporting processes, improving the accuracy of the information reported, drafting procedures for the Accounting Department, revising Employee and Associate handbooks, preparing cash flow projections for new and potential projects and improving the annual budgeting process. Ms. Treadwell has more than twenty five years professional experience in real estate and land development companies as well as within the banking industry. She has held similar positions with Falcone Group (land developer), Ibis Management Services (land developer and county club management), Cenvill Development (condominium and commercial construction and county club management) and Gulfstream Development (land developer, residential construction and country club management).
Ms. Treadwell received her B.B.A. degree in Accounting from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville and her M.B.A. degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. Ms. Treadwell has been a Florida Certified Public Accountant since 1990.

ACCOUNTING STAFF
Nancy E. Womersley, Accountant
Nancy E. Womersly joined the GAETA Development Co. in 2006. Ms. Womersly has almost 20 years in the Construction/Development and Real Estate/Property Management Industry.
